The Downham & Whitefoot Food Bank has seen a great increase of need during the pandemic and are now serving about 120 families. Their resources have been stretched and have reached out for our support.
Please help by purchasing non-perishable items from your supermarket over the next two weeks to help out those who are struggling, or alternatively purchase a £5 (or more) gift card from your supermarket, which the Downham team can then use to buy items.
We will be taking collections between 24th and 31st October. Please bring your donations to the church building on Sunday or drop in during office opening hours: Tuesday - Friday, 9am - 2pm.
